Hi there, I am Keith, and welcome to my running blog.
Whether you have been running for years or if you are new to the hobby, hopefully you will enjoy my stories and pick up some advice.
I grew up and still live in Ireland. I was always into health and fitness and played lots of different sports as a child. As I became older (Iām 38 now), I lost my sporting ways, and became more of a semi couch slob I regretfully admit.
Thankfully, I found my way again and started this wonderful lifestyle a couple of years ago. I have gone from couch to 5k to training for a sub 50min 10k. I also plan to run a half marathon at some stage and look forward to sharing my training stories and advice for newbies along the way. I might pick up some advice along the way too!
My aim is to inspire people to start running whilst motivating more advanced runners with my personal goals and sharing stories and equipment advice.
